Aquatint on Canton laid paper (watermark `La Celestine') from the Richard-de-Bas Mills. One of 66 illustrations for the play "La Celestine" by Fernando de Rojas (Picasso's last illustrated and signed book to be published). From the numbered edition of 400 examples; each copy was signed in pencil by Picasso and numbered on the frontispiece. Printed at Editions Atelier Crommelynck, Paris; published in 1971.
